Refunds And Returns

For Digital Products

No refunds can be issued for intangible goods unless the reason matches one of the criteria stated in the Warranty Policy page. No returns or exchanges are applicable for intangible goods under any circumstances.

For Physical Products

  1. Cancellation

    If you purchased a physical item by mistake, it can be cancelled within 8 hours from your time of purchase. 100% refund will be issued.

  2. Refunds

    Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

    If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (50 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of EpicAccountStore.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of EpicAccountStore.com

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

  3. Exchanges

    No exchanges are available under any circumstances. If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will see what we can do about it.
